• What are your candles made of?

All our products are hand made with 100% organic, eco friendly, non-toxic soy wax & wicks.

 

• How long does it take to receive my order?

All Orders are made to order, so please allow at least 5-7 days for production, packaging, and shipping. We will send you an email with tracking info once shipped. Please keep an eye out on when your order is about to be delivered so package does not sit out in high temperatures and melt.

 

• Safety precaution:

Our candles are meant for decoration purposes only. Please do not burn them. (they are too pretty and already smell good even without being lit anyways).

 

• What is the refund policy

All products are made to order, thus all sales are final.

 

• What if my product comes broken in the mail?

Don't worry- our team members package each and every order with extreme care to prevent any broken inventory during the shipping process as much as we can- But we do understand that accidents do happen, and in the instance that your order does get badly damaged in the mail- send us a pic of the damaged product via instagram (@hypehomestudios) within 2 days of receiving your order and we'll work something out for ya!
